Summer is there! Well since few week now… but August is in some country in Europe the most popular month for being in holidays.

Sunny days, populated beaches, crowded discos, hot places to visit under a bright sun: so we are all sweating… and ready to take a shower… and this occurs several time a  day. What an opportunity to make “friends” under a refreshing flow of water, and him them to soap and wash their hot body.

To illustrate these sexy side of the shower the song Live your Dreams of Antoine Clamaran, a French DJ, is well adapted, and the boys under th shower are some nice models. You will recognize Eugen Bauder among them.

Based on the video of Dean Isidro, I propose this version as a bisexual approach of the man beauty and sensuality represented by Sean O’Pry, the famous male fashion model. The song which support the clip is “Chère Amie” or “Dear Friend” a very classy way to say in French “My Love”. This song very sensual and sophisticated use the “Vous” which is the formal version of the English “You”. In the French aristocracy the Vous was the normal way , when the “Tu”, the familiar version of “You” was for the common people. Nowadays the use of the “Vous” is more and more limited to formal meetings or for people who don’t know eachother yet.

This probably the most famous French song: La Vie en Rose (Life in Pink) made famous by the greatest French singer Edith Piaf.
The clip is a tribute to both the singer and this wonderful song. And as we are gay oriented it is illustrated with great male models, with Sean O’Pry to open and close the show.
This is also to remember that if today the gay community is standing behind the rainbow flag, there was a time that, particularly in France, the Pink color was the color representing homosexuality.
The version of the song is a recent remix of Nirvana on Tap, released in 2009 included in the Album Buddha Hookah Lounge, and featuring the voice of Edith Piaf.

The wild West, is probably not the best place to look for the gay side of life

But who never know? Homosexuals are often represented as very sophisticated people, wearing very fashionable clothes, but these clichés are now more or less over, and we all know that the gay community is as diversified as the rest of the population. So let’s investigate the gay side of the cowboys ‘ life.

The success of the movie Brokeback Mountain, directed by Ang Lee was an important step toward the acceptance that some of the rude cowboys can fall in love with a same sex partner. The storyline is based on the short story by Pulitzer Prize-winning author Annie Proulx, Brokeback Mountain tells the story of two young men – a ranch-hand and a rodeo cowboy – who meet in the summer of 1963, and unexpectedly forge a lifelong connection, one whose complications, joys, and tragedies provide a testament to the endurance and power of love.
