I would like to share this video with you because behind a great music, I enjoyed the lyrics and their meaning.

Calogero is a French singer who also compose his songs. He is mainly popular in France, and most of the time he is in concert in the country, attracting a large number of fans.

THE SLEEPING MEN

The idea behind this song is to show that a man lying down or asleep is in a peaceful position which inspires more LOVE and PEACE than HATE and WAR.

Calogero is mentionning ‘le camp des hommes endormis’ which could be translated either in in “the Camp of the Sleeping Men” or “the Army of the sleepping Men”. This is to say that if their time comes, they could be the soldiers of Peace and Love .

As our purpose his to show the Gay side of each subject, the clip is supported by several handsome and sexy models sleeping or lying down. I’m sure than we all agree that the soon will be the better, “Oh, May the Time of the Sleeping Men come.”
